In a message to parliament speakers of Muslim countries on Saturday, Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani congratulated his counterparts on the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and called for efforts to promote Islamic unity. "Dealing with threats and challenges facing the Islamic Ummah [community] is only possible through cooperation and promotion of unity and solidarity among Muslim nations," the message said, ICANA reported.
