Reformist-Moderate Alliance Likely

Former vice president, Mohammad Reza Aref, suggested that it is possible that reformists and moderates will enter into an alliance for the Feb. 26, 2016, parliamentary elections. "We are seeking to present a joint list of candidates with moderates," the chairman of Reformists' Policymaking Council told reporters on Thursday, IRNA reported. President Hassan Rouhani's allies are known as moderates in Iran's politics.
