The deputy parliament speaker has said if some countries in the region do not stop supporting terrorists, the “fire they ignite in the region” will engulf them and the crisis will spread to their countries. Mohammad Reza Bahonar made the remarks in an open session of parliament on Tuesday, the Mehr news agency reported. He also commented that the “dangerous game” which has started in the region with the support of the United States and its regional allies is aimed at creating a “safe haven” for the Israel. Iran has played a pivotal role in the campaign against terrorism through assisting the Iraqi and Syrian governments in their fights against terrorists, he added.
