President Hassan Rouhani congratulated Oman's Sultan Qaboos bin Said and the Omani government and people on the Arab country's National Day (Nov. 18), according to President.ir. In a message on Tuesday, Rouhani hoped that in view of the "historical and cultural links" between the two nations, their "excellent and friendly" relations would expand through mutual cooperation in all areas.
