President Hassan Rouhani felicitated his Guinean counterpart Alpha Conde on his reelection. In a congratulatory message to Conde on Monday, Rouhani wished wellbeing and success for the Guinean president and prosperity and dignity for the African nation, Tasnim New Agency reported. Last month, Conde was reelected and will serve a second five-year term after defeating his closest rival Cellou Dalein Diallo in the Oct. 11 poll.
