Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Nikolai Patrushev was scheduled to arrive in Tehran on Monday night for a two-day visit to hold talks with Iranian officials on bilateral ties and a range of regional and international issues, ISNA reported. The Russian security official will meet with Ali Shamkhani, secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, today.
