Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Naval Force Commander Ali Fadavi announced that his forces that are tasked with protecting the security of the Persian Gulf will hold a major exercise in the next two months. "The IRGC Naval Force will hold massive drills before the end of autumn [ends Dec. 21]," the rear admiral told reporters on Tuesday, according to Fars News Agency.
