Condolences to Russia

In a message to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Saturday, President Hassan Rouhani offered condolences to the Russian government and people over the crash of a Russian airliner in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula killing all 224 people on board. The Airbus A321, operated by Russian airline Kogalymavia, was flying from the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh to St. Petersburg in Russia when it went down in central Sinai soon after daybreak on Saturday, IRNA reported.
