Naval Vessels Dock in Russia

A naval fleet docked at the southern Russian port city of Astrakhan with the aim of boosting friendly maritime ties between the two countries.
The naval fleet, comprised of the domestically manufactured Damavand destroyer and two missile-armed vessels, named Peykan and Joshan, anchored in Astrakhan on Thursday after three days of sailing, Press TV reported.
The naval forces onboard the fleet planned to meet Russian commanders.
The warships were to leave Astrakhan for the port city of Baku in Azerbaijan.
