In a message to his South Korean counterpart on Saturday, President Hassan Rouhani congratulated Park Geun-hye and her people on the occasion of the East Asian country's National Foundation Day (October 3), IRNA reported. Rouhani expressed hope that relations between Tehran and Seoul would improve and wished "wellbeing" and "success" for the South Korean president and her government and nation.
