The Foreign Ministry in an "official note" to the Saudi Embassy has announced that all families of the victims of the Sept. 24 crush disaster near Mecca have demanded that the bodies of their relatives be transferred to Iran for burial, Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian said on Wednesday, IRNA reported. About 240 Iranians lost their lives in the crush which occurred during the Hajj pilgrimage rituals and about the same number are still missing.
