President of the Senate of France Gerard Larcher plans to visit Iran at the head of a high-ranking delegation by yearend, the Persian service of Radio France Internationale reported on Thursday. The purpose of the visit is to pave the way for increased political and economic relations between the two countries following the July 14 nuclear deal.
