German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said the recent nuclear deal between Iran and major powers has prepared the ground for expansion of relations between Iran and Germany. In a phone conversation with Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani on Saturday, the top German diplomat expressed hope that during his upcoming visit to Tehran "positive" measures would be taken to pave the way for improving bilateral cooperation, IRNA reported.
