Mauritania MPs in Tehran

A delegation of Mauritanian lawmakers arrived in Tehran on Friday on a seven-day visit to meet Iranian officials, ICANA reported.  The lawmakers are scheduled to hold talks with Iranian parliamentarians and other officials on bilateral relations.  The Mauritanian Parliament has two chambers. The National Assembly has 81 members elected for a five-year term. The upper house is the Senate, which has 56 members.
