The Omani foreign minister has backed Iran's oft-mentioned stance that it is not interfering in Yemen's internal affairs. "Iran is not meddling in Yemen's internal affairs," Yusuf bin Alawi said in a joint press conference in Muscat with his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier in Germany on Tuesday, IRNA reported. Some Arab regimes often accuse Tehran of interfering in the internal affairs of Arab countries. Iran denies the charges and has declared that it continues to extend moral and material support to all oppressed masses.
