A senior member of the central council of the Islamic Coalition Party said on Sunday the political group is making efforts to promote "convergence" among principlists for the Feb. 26, 2016 parliamentary poll, IRNA reported.
Asadollah Badamchian also said, "The Islamic Coalition Party looks for interaction, dialogue and talks with the Followers of the Line of Imam and the Leader Front and other associations to help foster unity and consensus (among principlists) for the Majlis election."
