Former vice president Mohammad Reza Aref said on Saturday reformists have devised a "precise" plan for the Feb. 26, 2016 parliamentary election, IRNA reported. "Reformists have a well-thought-out and precise plan for the February election and will participate in the election to fulfill their national obligation," the pro-reform politician said.
