President Hassan Rouhani is slated to address the United Nations General Assembly on the opening day of the General Debate of the 70th Session of the UNGA on September 28, Fars News Agency reported on Sunday. US President Barack Obama, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin and French President Francois Hollande will be other speakers on the first day, who are expected to touch on the recent nuclear deal with major powers in their speeches.
