Ambassador to Kuwait Alireza Enayati told the Kuwaiti media on Friday Tehran is ready to have effective cooperation and hold "serious" talks with neighbors to help resolve the crises gripping the region, IRNA reported. "Now that we have reached a (nuclear) agreement with six major powers through negotiations, we announce our readiness to hold talks and reach agreement with neighboring countries in a transparent and serious manner with the aim of sorting out regional problems and establishing security and stability."
