Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif was scheduled to start a regional tour today, which will take him to Kuwait, Qatar and Iraq, according to a Foreign Ministry press release. The statement said the top diplomat will meet officials of the Arab countries to exchange views about the outcome of the nuclear talks with major powers, bilateral ties and the latest regional developments.
