In a message on Friday, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif congratulated his Muslim counterparts on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of the fasting month of Ramadan, IRNA reported. "Undoubtedly, the diplomatic resolution of the artificial crisis over Iran's nuclear program has created an appropriate opportunity for regional and international cooperation," Zarif said in the message.
