Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his US counterpart John Kerry could be possible candidates for the 2016 Nobel Peace Prize over Iran's nuclear accord, a Swedish peace institute director says. Tariq Rauf, director of the Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Program at Stockholm International Peace Research Institute made the remark following the conclusion of nuclear talks between Iran and six world powers on Tuesday, Press TV reported.
