Negotiations on Iran’s nuclear program are moving in the right direction and a final nuclear deal can be reached in the coming days, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday, Sputnik reported.  Iran and major powers need to finalize the agreement and present it to the UN Security Council, the Russian diplomat said. “The situation with the talks is progressing in the right direction. The remaining issues are, for the most part, not technical, but procedural,” he noted.  “We have every reason to believe that the result is within reach,” Lavrov added. “We have instructed our deputies to do everything possible for the agreement to be reached in the coming days.”
