Navy Commander Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari, leading a delegation of military officials, traveled to Russia to attend a meeting of navy commanders of Caspian Sea littoral states, Fars news agency reported on Tuesday. Sayyari was also expected to visit an exhibition of Russia's defense achievements during his stay.
