Prisoners in UAE Pardoned

Following efforts by the Iranian Consulate in Dubai, 62 Iranian prisoners held in the United Arab Emirates were granted amnesty on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan and will be released and return home after the completion of formalities, ISNA reported on Saturday. The Iranians were mostly imprisoned in Dubai and several of them were held in Sharjah, Ajman, Ras al-Khaimah and Umm al-Quwain.
