Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said the negotiators face a tough task in the coming days before a June 30 deadline to reach a nuclear deal.
“The next few days will be very difficult… I don’t know how many days are needed to finish it. All sides have shown political commitment to help the talks move forward. I have often said if there is political will to accept the realities and move forward based on what we agreed in Lausanne (referring to the preliminary agreement signed on April 2), there is a good chance of concluding the talks by the target date or a few days later.” Zarif said in Luxembourg on Monday after talks with EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini and the foreign ministers of France, Germany and Britain, ISNA reported.
