Deputy Foreign Ministers Abbas Araqchi and Majid Takht-Ravanchi will join nuclear talks in Vienna tomorrow, IRNA reported. The expert-level talks aimed at writing the annexes to the text of a prospective nuclear deal are underway in the Austrian capital. Iran and major powers are in talks to finalize the accord by the end of this month to resolve the 12-year dispute over Tehran's nuclear program.
