The 40th meeting of the special working group tasked with drafting a convention on the legal regime of the Caspian Sea is scheduled to be held in Tehran today, according to a foreign ministry press release. In the rotational meetings which are held in the capitals of Caspian Sea littoral states, the proposed provisions of the draft convention are discussed. The Tehran meeting is at the level of deputy foreign ministers.
