Nuclear negotiator Hamid Baeidinejad said the expert-level talks between Iran and the P5+1 (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany), which were held in Vienna on Tuesday, were “useful”.
“We held useful discussions in the meeting,” the head of the Iranian delegation told state TV after the end of the talks, ISNA reported on Wednesday.
A new round of talks between Iran and the six major powers at the level of deputy foreign ministers and political directors started in the Austrian capital on Wednesday to continue the work of writing the text of a comprehensive nuclear accord, which is set to be finalized by the end of June.
