Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian, who traveled to Moscow on Sunday, was scheduled to meet Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister and Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov to discuss regional issues, according to a foreign ministry press release. The two officials were expected to explore ways of putting an end to the Saudi military campaign against Yemen and exchange views about the latest developments in Syria, Iraq and Bahrain.
