Ambassador to the United Nations Gholamali Khoshroo and UN Envoy for Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed met on Tuesday to discuss how to find a political solution to the conflict in Yemen and send humanitarian aid to the people in the war-wracked Arab country, Fars news agency reported.
Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and his Russian counterpart Mikhail Bogdanov also held a telephone conversation on the Yemen crisis on the same day.
