The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Azerbaijan have agreed to a partnership strategy for 2014-2018 to help diversify the economy and foster new economic opportunities, promote inclusive growth, and reduce urban-rural disparities. “ADB’s strategic approach focuses on infrastructure in transport, energy, and water, and other urban infrastructure and services,” said Olly Norojono, ADB’s Resident Representative for Azerbaijan.
