A member of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee highlighted the points negotiators are expected to consider in drafting the final nuclear deal with the major powers, stressing the deal text should be “explicit” and “transparent”.

“The text of the deal should be written in a way that is explicit and transparent and does not leave any room for ifs and buts,” Nozar Shafiei told ICANA on Sunday.

The text should not be open to different interpretations and “even if it is subject to multiple interpretations, a competent authority” should be in charge to tackle it. A fresh round of nuclear talks is underway between Iran and the six powers in New York to five the finishing touches to the text of the final deal, whose details have to be finalized by June 30.
