In a meeting in Vienna on Friday, Deputy Foreign Minister for European and American Affairs Majid Takht-Ravanchi and Austrian Secretary-General for Foreign Affairs Michael Linhart discussed bilateral relations and the latest developments in nuclear talks between Iran and the major powers, IRNA reported.
Takht-Ravanchi said, “The lifting of sanctions is one of the main issues in nuclear negotiations, which should be set out in the text of the deal clearly and unambiguously.”
On the conflict in Yemen, he said the crisis can be resolved only by establishing dialogue among the Yemenis and the formation of an “inclusive” government.
The Austrian official said his country welcomes any progress in nuclear talks, adding that Austria is keen to hold consultations with Iran on regional issues.
