The deputy interior minister said on Saturday efforts should be made to create a situation in which the people have "the required confidence" to ensure their participation in the parliamentary election and the Assembly of Experts election scheduled to be held in February 2016, IRNA reported.
Mohammad Hossein Moqimi, head of the election headquarters, also said, "All the necessary preparations should be made to set the stage for the people's enthusiastic presence and create a secure atmosphere free from irregularities."
