Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Omani counterpart Yusuf bin Alawi discussed by phone the latest developments in Yemen, Fars news agency reported on Saturday. Zarif said Iran is ready to provide any assistance within the framework of its four-point proposal to help end the conflict in the crisis-his country. Iran's proposal calls for an immediate halt to Saudi airstrikes, humanitarian assistance, national dialogue, and establishment of a national unity government.
