MP Javad Heravi, the head of the Iran-Ireland parliamentary friendship group, has said the two countries' parliaments can play a positive role to help strengthen political and economic relations between Tehran and Dublin. Heravi, who has traveled to Ireland along with a parliamentary delegation, made the remarks in a meeting with Pat Breen, the chairman of the Joint Committee on Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Irish parliament, IRNA reported on Saturday.
