The commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Air Defense Base said on Thursday the country's defense systems are not negotiable in nuclear talks with the major powers. Lieutenant General Farzad Esmaeili said, "All around the world, this is the case that defense systems and military achievements belong to countries and negotiations are not held on them with foreigners," ISNA reported. "Our defense systems act as a deterrent," he added.
