Cuban Ambassador to Iran Vladimir Gonzalez Quesada described the relationship between Tehran and Havana as "good" and "positive", expressing hope that bilateral relations would be expanded. The Cuban envoy made the remarks in a meeting Ahmadreza Dastgheib, deputy chairman of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, in Tehran on Sunday, ICANA reported. Gonzalez highlighted the importance of parliamentary relations, welcoming increased exchange of parliamentary delegations to help strengthen political ties.
