Rice, Steinmeier Discuss Iran

US National Security Advisor Susan Rice and German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier exchanged views about the nuclear talks between Iran and the P5+1 (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany) in a meeting in Washington on Thursday, NSC spokesperson Bernadette Meehan said in a statement posted on the website of the White House.  "As fellow members of the P5+1, Ambassador Rice and Foreign Minister Steinmeier also discussed Iran and our shared efforts to ensure that Iran's nuclear program is exclusively peaceful," the statement wrote.
