A nuclear deal with Iran is "closer" but "we have to work hard over the next few days," EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini said on Monday, ANSA reported. "The EU is going to do that, to solve the gaps that are still there," she said on the sidelines of her first speech to the UN Security Council. "This is an historic opportunity to create a different picture in the region," she said.
