Navy Commander Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari, leading a high-ranking delegation, arrived in Astana late on Sunday at the invitation of his Kazakh counterpart Admiral Zhandarbek Zhanzakov, ISNA reported. The navy chief was scheduled to hold talks with his counterpart and Kazakh Defense Minister Imangali Tasmagambetov and visit the Central Asian country's naval base on the coast of the Caspian Sea during his stay.
