President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is scheduled to travel to Iran on March 9 at the invitation of Vice President for Science and Technology Affairs Sorena Sattari to hold talks with Iranian officials on bilateral ties, ISNA reported on Tuesday. Minnikhanov will also visit Tabriz, East Azarbaijan Province to meet with Governor General Esmaeil Jabbarzadeh.
