The deputy foreign minister said Iran plans to provide aid to African countries to help facilitate their progress. "The strategy of the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding Africa is clear and transparent. Our goal is to assist African countries in following the path to development and self-sufficiency in various areas, including science and technology," Hossein Amir Abdollahian said in a meeting with Somali Minister of Information and Telecommunication Guled Hussein Kasim in Tehran on Saturday.
