Turkmenistan's Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Rasit Meredow said there are good prospects for greater cooperation with Iran in various areas, including energy, transportation, commerce and the campaign against illicit drug trafficking. The Turkmen official made the remarks in a meeting with Deputy Foreign Minister Hassan Qashqavi in Ashkhabad on Monday on the sidelines of the 11th session of the joint commission on consular, border and customs cooperation, IRNA reported.
