Hope for Enhanced Coop. With Austria

The Iranian president expressed hope for promotion of cooperation with Austria in various fields.
In a message to his Austrian counterpart, Alexander Van der Bellen, on Wednesday, President Ebrahim Raeisi congratulated the European country’s government and people on their National Day.
He said the historical and friendly interaction between the two nations and the diverse capacities for mutual cooperation have always paved the way for the expansion of relations in bilateral, regional and international areas, President.ir reported. 
Raeisi expressed hope that joint determination and efforts would result in the development of relations and cooperation between Iran and Austria in all fields.
On October 16, senior diplomats from Iran and Austria held the fifth round of political negotiations between the two countries in Tehran.
They weighed plans to boost relations between the two countries and discussed the latest developments in Afghanistan and Yemen.
