The commander of the navy announced on Monday that Iran and China will hold a joint naval exercise on Wednesday. Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari also said new domestically manufactured naval vessels will be unveiled soon. A Chinese naval fleet docked in the southern port city of Bandar Abbas on Saturday in the first call at an Iranian port.
