In a letter to his Russian counterpart published on Saturday, Defense Minister Hossein Dehqan called for the implementation of a defense agreement which was recently signed between Iran and Russia, ISNA reported. He also said he will attend the 2015 Moscow Conference on International Security. During Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu's visit to Tehran on January 20, Iran and Russia signed an agreement to improve defense and military cooperation.
