A former Israeli defense minister has said that he is “proud” of killing the most Palestinians, Safa news agency reported on Sunday. Moshe Yaalon apparently made his comment during a weekend meeting. Describing the Palestinians and Arabs as “terrorists and enemy soldiers” Yaalon said that none of the Israeli Knesset or government members had ever killed more Palestinians than him, Middle East Monitor reported. According to Safa, Ehud Barak, the former Israeli prime minister and defense minister, announced earlier his own pride over killing the biggest number of Palestinians and Arabs in the history of the Israeli army. In three major offensives led by Barak and Yaalon against the Palestinians in Gaza between 2008 and 2014, the Israeli occupation forces killed about 4,000 Palestinians and wounded more than 20,000 others.
