Four people, including 2 Afghan security guards, were killed after an explosives-laden vehicle rammed into a foreign-run compound in the eastern outskirts of Afghanistan’s capital Kabul. The area houses a number of facilities belonging to foreign companies as well as international military bases. Taliban militants later claimed responsibility for the attack.
